I googled and found the material. The irony is it is aimed a youth with HIV, and it’s all about telling them how to stay sexually active. Lots of helpful suggestions, and how to tips.

Doesn’t stuff like this require parental permission?

It must be a hoax. Or a misunderstanding. My mind can’t comprehend it. If it’s true, then we’re much worse off than I thought we were and I thought we were in deep trouble, already.

I’m interested in any follow-up information there is on this story. If this is actually happening, parents and well, anyone with a brain should be up in arms.

No, you only need parental permission for dangerous activities, like taking a tylenol at school.

I could say “I don’t believe this is happening,” but instead with the way todays society is it don’t suprise me one bit. Girls, children are dressing up as adults with next to nothing on and society accepts it. They are wearing makeup at a very early age and the parents and society accepts it. You don’t need your parents pernission to have an abortion as a minor, the schools will take care of that for you. Todays society thinks that they have the rights over the parents children and the parents have nothing to say about it. They want to tell you how to raise your child, don’t spank their little behinds or you will scar them for life. Don’t yell at your children you might scar them for life. And the list goes on and on and on…Society today believes that they can raise your children better then the parent can. More and more children are having children and society accepts is. Children having children and they can’t even whipe there own butts. Explore, have fun, do what you want, its ok and if something bad happens well we are here to take care of it for you, your parents don’t even have to know about it. Its sickening but sad to say not suprising.
