I really wish that these articles would tell us what the penalty is for not reporting the abuse. I think we should lobby for stiffer more painful consequences for places like Planned Parenthood in such cases… I am thinking $20,000,000 per occurrence …and that money goes to abstinence programs or adoptions. This of course not withstanding the civil suit by the victim should have no cap.
