Your snarky comments that belief in God,practicing a religion is just mythology. PP and all it embraces is antithetical to Christian beliefs as well as the Jewish faith. So stating that basically PP and Christianity are literally the same is frankly insulting.You do know that this is a Catholic Forum,don’t you? Why are you even posting here,if this is the way you feel?A lot of people of different faiths and even a few atheists’ post,they are nothing but respectful of our faith. The nature of your post leads me to think you are trying to cause trouble.

They’re both organizations, so, in a sense, they are similar. You [or someone else, I’m on a tablet and can’t verify who said it without exiting this message] said that PP ‘gets them early’ and I merely pointed out that other religions, including Christianity, do that as well but to a much larger extent through indoctrination/baptism/Sunday School for children.

Regardless, I can’t understand how you feel that I’m being insulting. Perhaps equating your brand of religion with other brands was insulting because you believe Christianity is true/superior to others and therefore should not be set on the same level, I guess. I dunno.

Seriously though, I’m gay, and I’ve heard consistently on these forums and in real life that I can’t get married / God detests my relationships / I need to be cured or at least ‘abstain’ from my ‘sinful behavior’, yadda yadda yadda. I have to listen to people be critical of my life and sexuality every day of my life but yet when someone posts one thing critical of your chosen faith, Christianity, you claim that you’re the victim. You’re a lot better off than me and heck, I wish I was straight and Christian in a sense that I’d be in the majority for once

Do you seriously have nothing better to do? Don’t you have laundry to do, dishes to wash, something? Why bother coming onto a Catholic message board if you’re just going to start trouble? If this is how you get your kicks then you need a better hobby.
