Planned Parenthood: Our Lady of Guadalupe = pro-choice?

Mum heard a blurb on the radio last week, from National Right to Life, about Planned Parenthood’s latest scheme to influence the Hispanic community.
Apparently they’ve made prayer cards for Our Lady of Guadalupe, praying for the “right to choose”! :banghead:
I tried to find it information on NRL’s website, but didn’t come up with anything. Does anyone know any more about this??
 
I have heard te same thing:mad: I can’t begin to tell you how angry that makes me:mad: :tsktsk: :banghead: :mad: Our Lady was getting people away from that!And they go an pervert it and totally go against the message!!!That goes to show the devil is still at work and throwing his mess in Gods face.

**I have decorated a hiker’s staff with a scriptural quotations from the book of Revelation 12 which alludes to our Lady of Guadaloupe with the stars around her head and the moon under her feet. As she is the pro-life banner adopted by the Knights of Columbus the calligraphy on the walking stick attracts a lot of attention and when people stop to ask if they may look at it they get a pro-life message. It really gives them something to reflect on as the passage from Genesis 3 about the serpent lying in wait for the woman’s heel to crush his skull is there too so they can make the connection. **

Why would they choose our Lady of Guadalupe? She is PREGNANT!!! in the image. I have never heard of something so incredibly disgusting.

They’ll have an interesting time explaining this campaign to God on judgment day…
 
This has been going around for a number of months now. It was first aimed at Latin America to promote abortion. Looks like they did translate it into English for here. :banghead:

They chose her because they are marketing to pregnant women. We know what they would have done to Jesus in her womb. Whatsoever they do to the least of these, they do to Him.
 
I have to contact the Priest at the church we attend. I hope he warns the community during Mass. This is unbelievable.
 
What an outrage! Our Lady of Guadalupe should be a great Pro-Life symbol! Her miraculous appearance was a huge part of the conversion of so many in Mexico away from the native religions and the practice of human sacrifice! How dare they try to use her to promote it!

Well tough on them. Last Saturday we marched behind the Knights of Columbus to the Allan Gardens abortion clinic while saying the Rosary. The Knights were carrying a huge painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Our Lady will pray that Her Son gives the hispanics the grace to choose Life.

Please give us the diocese, the bishop, and his email or phone number. And he can give up using his phone or computer for the next few days while we deluge him with protest.

How disgusting. My parents pray outside an abortion clinic once a month and they bring our statue of OL Guadalupe there so that as women walk in they can see her. I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I am glad they bring the statue with.

WHY FIVE SATURDAYS?
It is sometimes asked why Our Lady asked for Communions of reparation on five first Saturdays, instead of some other number. Our Blessed Lord answered that question when He appeared to Sr. Lucia May 29, 1930.

He explained that it was because of five kinds of offenses and blasphemies against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, namely:
  1. blasphemies against her Immaculate Conception,
  2. against her perpetual virginity,
  3. against the divine and spiritual maternity of Mary,
