If there plans are to rebuild on the High place where the dome of the Rock is their plans will be squashed by both the Arab world and the secular Jewish state.
Rebuilding the Temple will not force God’s plan to return. He will return on His time not Israel’s time line.
If they want to build a temple it will have to done at another location.
I would prefer a large Cathedral on Temple Mount. But actually they should build a church and a synogogue up there. It is far more holy for Jews then it is for muslims. The muslims are just being their typical obstructionist selves.
