Please answer quickly: Accidentally breaking the Eucharistic fast?

I was planning on going to mass this evening for the Feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, but I had difficulty preparing dinner, and lost track of time and ended eating until 5:04 PM, when I finally figured out how late it was. Mass is at 6:00 PM, does the Eucharistic Fast last until receiving the Eucharist Himself, and it’s possible I be receiving the Eucharist until 6:04, or later? Or should I not receive the Blessed Sacrament, or skip mass altogether?

Please answer quickly.
 
The fast is before receiving communion, not before Mass. Why would you skip Mass, even if you hadn’t fasted?

Get some help for your scrupulosity. Posting these threads isn’t going to help you. You need a priest and a counselor.
