From my admittedly limited experience, I’d think the video is from 1985 or before. One thing is the video quality. Another is that Mor Eustatios Mounayer of Damascus visited the US in 1987 (IIRC). That was about the same time Ab (now Moran Mor) Yowsef Younan came here. The Archbishop’s was closer than Ab Yowsef’s but trust me, none of the qourboné much resembled the video.
