Yes, if you turn it into a legal matter, you are taking away from “person B’s” victory. They both need to split the cost of replacement glass and find someone in the Church that can do windows.
I once pushed my brother around in a yard and wrestled him a little. He pushed real hard back finally, and I have him a hug saying, “glad we broke you out of that shell.” It’s a bigger brothers job to do stuff like that. If small stuff like that went places by onlookers, we could have been gotten to that brotherly bond due to an intervention could have come too early. My lil bro is a fighter now, started to take boxing and really has much higher self confidence.
