Please help me deal with intrusive thoughts

I ended up looking at porn, some of it blasphemous, last night and it resulted in me feeling really depressed and sinful. I’m having intrusive thoughts about it now and it’s really affecting me. Please pray and help me.
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
 
Father please guide this person to overcome evil ways. Please provide them with thoughts of good or warnings before they view. May they walk strong in Christ and spread the good news of your word. In your name, Jesus amen!
 
Prayed that GOD would govern your actions, guide your decisions, and give you a strong resolve to avoid situations that would lead you to sin, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Come oh Holy Spirit ,fill the hearts of thy faithful,and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
Send forth Thy spirits and they shall be created and You shall renew the face of the earth.Amen

St Michael the Arch Angel defend us in thehour of battle ,be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil .May God rebuke him we humbly pray and do thou oh prince of the heavenly host caste in to hell satan and all the evil spirits who crawl through the world seeking the ruin of souls Amen. :pray:t2:
 
Prayer for Chastity
