Please help me, I'm really mad!

I struggling with a lot of anger. It’s a long and complicated story but, awhile ago, on another site, someone posted information on me, in an effort to attack me personally, and managed to get away with it. Just recently, he came back, and threatened to report me, for some of my comments! His justifications for reporting me are very weak, but having him threaten me, and considering what he did in the past has left me very angry.

I need prayers!

Prayer in a Time of Anger

Lord Jesus, there is anger in my heart and I cannot
root it out. I know that I should calm down and offer
the hurt and disappointment to You but my emotion
is running away with me. Help me to overcome
this weakness and give me peace of heart as well as mind.
Let me learn from this experience and grow into a better
human being. Amen. ✝️
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.
 
I pray to our God, father and Jesus that his spirit may release your anger and help you stay on the right path

Thank you everyone. I have now blocked the guy that was attacking me, please pray that I continue to calm down.
 
I’m praying for you. Sometimes the comments made get under the skin… You are right to pray to try to let them go… and pray for the person making comment that hurt you.
