Please help me to help some nuns!

A group of nuns I know are looking to make a set of Stations of the Cross for their convent. They especially want the images to come out of Mel Gibson’s Passion movie. They don’t want to purchase a set of stations from a religious supply store because they are too expen$ive and because they tend to be too cartoonish, abstract, or watered down.

Cutting photos out of the Passion picture book is not good because the photos are too small and don’t enlarge well.

Does anybody know of a set of high-resolution images on the web that are either from the Passion movie or similar in style? We would print them out on 8.5" x 11" paper and frame them.

If not, any other ideas?

I believe that it would violate the copyright law if we use the images from the movies.

Where do the nuns live? in the US? Maybe I could try to find something for them without violating any law.

I am sure Mel Gibson would okay it if asked…he might even donate them, who knows?

Yes, they are in the US.

They would simply be printing out the photos and hanging them on their convent walls for their devotions. They certainly wouldn’t be making any money off them.
