DH is the reason I haven’t been confirmed yet. We are hopefully almost at the end, and hopefully Easter I will be confirmed.

But I just found a lump under my arm. I know it could be a MILLION things, but since I have to wait till Monday to be seen, could you help put my mind at ease?

Let’s say that he doesn’t finish getting his paperwork in, or the tribunal doesn’t grant an annulment. If I AM dying, is there ANY way I could be confirmed before I die? I don’t want to die without having rec’d Eucharist at least once.

Thanks…I just want to know if I’ll die in His company 😦

Dear Heather,

I will pray a Rosary for you right now. The Blessed Mother is with you , I promise.

I don’t think I have seen a more heart felt and honest request in a long time.

You will live and not die without the Eucharist.

Finished now Heather. And know that God loves you very much, no matter what.

First of all, I’m praying. Second, I’ve had a lump under my arm, and it’s always been a really gross cyst or infected hair pusball, so far. Or the flu coming on, and my lymph nodes swelling up really big. Lots of fun things that are gross, but not really harmful. So don’t worry until you know you have something to worry about!

Third, you might like to know that the “Last Rites” for the dying not only include the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick. But wait, there’s more! It’s like a Ginsu knife set of Sacraments! You also get Confession! Confirmation, where lacking! And viaticum, which is Communion! You also get tons and tons of helpful prayers and readings, for the guidance of the dying and the consolation of his friends!

So if you know someone dying, don’t wait to the last minute to call a priest! Give the person time to enjoy all the benefits of the Last Rites Super Sacraments package deal! Operators are standing by! 🙂

Seriously, though, don’t worry. If it gets down to life or death, the Church can move very very fast in these matters. Not that I recommend dying as a way of cutting through red tape! But it’s nice to know that we’ve all got a final safety net.

Heather I am praying all is well with the lump under your arm.I am sure the doctors will do tests. It must be so very worrying for you.Im sorry for your worry.I understand your anxiety to receive Our Lord and Im sure you will. You are in my prayers God bless
Father please grant Heather healing of this lump and guide her doctors to cure her. Please Father grant her to be able to receive You in communion as soon as is possible. Also i ask You would place your healing hand upon the annulment situation and may it be to Your will.Thankyou Lord for hearing my prayer Amen

Our Father who art in heaven
hallowed be thy name
thy kingdom come
thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven
give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgvie those who trespass against us
and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil
Amen
