Please Help-Prayer Request

Hi I am very new to this forum so I am not sure if I am in the right place for this question so please correct me if I am wrong. I am coming to ask for your help and prayers. Please pray for my soul. I am struggling with scrupulosity and impurities. I feel like all of my sin is weighing in on me but I am too scared to go to Confession due to my scrupulosity. You see, it causes me to be very thorough and I will end up having a large list of sins every time i go because I find things from my past when I was terrible and just can’t find peace. Find an older, experienced priest who will agree to be your regular confessor. He will almost certainly have had experience with scrupulosity before. Trust him and take his advice.
