Hello,

Thank you for your time and consideration. I am working on a video which attempts to show an alignment between the Big Bang Theory and the First Day of Creation. I would like to submit this video to the Goodness Reigns Short Film contest. However, first I would really enjoy learning from many constructive criticisms, which I can use to help improve the quality of the presentation.

Here is the link to the video: youtu.be/AzRjG6vRxhU

Please share any ideas, regarding improving the script, the vocal presence, background audio considerations, or any other suggestion, which you perceive may help strengthen the quality of the presentation.

I hope you have a great day!

What do you mean by alignment? That is a rather unusual phrase to use, I think you need to explain its importance to what you are trying to say. Are you going to try to prove that God created the universe, that is not clear? Is that all there is to the video? If that is it I don’t see the point of the effort.

I watched your video, but you didn’t actually say how the 1st day of creation aligns with the big bang theory.

Anyway the only alignment I can see is that the world had a beginning, it hasn’t always existed. That aligns with the Bible.

you cannot create a explosion without the compounds to create combustion.
after a explosion the after products of that explosion reside, so why are we not made of explosive material.

let me ask you, with all the wars , when is the last time you saw a explosion give birth to a human,or life…the day I see a mortar shell product a living animal is the day I look at the big bang theory as rational.

It’s called the Big Bang–not the Big Explosion. Think about the difference. The Big Bang is thought to have been a “bang” of pure energy (ALL heat is a product of the wave/vibrations that come from the energy of light, i.e. photons) that eventually cooled into the various sub-atomic particles that eventually formed the atoms which eventually combined to form all matter. By the way, the Creed states that the Son of God is Light from Light.

How many times had you spoken the words of the script before recording them? The words sound a bit like you were reading them off a script. If you have the time and inclination first, rehearse the words several times and second, make several different vocal recordings so you have a number from which to choose.

That is my first impression. I could be wrong. IF I have time I will watch the video again to give more (name removed by moderator)ut.

God bless

Thank you all very much for your time and suggestions! I believe I understand your points and I like them! Please share with me, if I have misunderstood the suggestion you were making.

To Linusthe2nd and asd72, I will try to be more direct with what I am declaring. Specifically, instead of the first thing being a non-living thing which explodes or bangs into many particles, the first thing is the body of God, which creates the heaven and earth, and the many particles.

To mab23, thank you for sharing that I am on a good track!

To Mar044, I will try to clarify that instead of aligning the understandings of the Big Bang with the Story of Creation, I am trying to demonstrate how the image of the concept of the Big Bang is in alignment with the Story of Creation.

To Highwayhound, you are spot on in your analysis! I will do as you recommend on the next go!

Thank you once again for your time and consideration! Please share any other recommendations you perceive!
