You are not alone in your problems. There are many (many!) people who share in your burden. Just remember, there is no sin so great that God will not forgive when a contrite heart asks for forgiveness in the sacrament of confession. Be brave and faithful.

try to get involved with a group at your parish - like a young adult group, or a study group, etc. You will find that a lot of the loneliness that drives you to this sin will begin to disappear if you give it time. The more you interact with people of faith, the more you will strengthen yourself against temptation and bad old habits. You are in my prayers!

Obtain from your loving and merciful Son the gifts of chastity, patience, and perseverance to never give up in his fight against the temptations of Satan. May you, Blessed Virgin Mary, remain always as his model of holy purity.
I pray that St. Michael, the Archangel appointed as General of the Heavenly armies, will protect him and give him the courage to resist Satan’s beckoning to give in to sin. May he, by the power of God, rebuke the Father of Sin and Prince of Darkness, and cast him and his minions into the pit of Hell. I pray St. Michael, the legions of Heavenly hosts, the Communion of Saints, and sancte joseph’s guardian angel will surround him, for the powers of Satan cannot stand against holiness.
