I want to find a male order that has a strong eucharistic backing. I love the eucharist and I am tradditional minded. Does anyone know of any orders?

I would submit that all of the well known orders are Eucharist-centric. However, if you are into a more contemplative life, you should check out the Benedictines or if you are into the opposite, the Legionaries of Christ.

Dear Sacred Heart Fan,
I totally agree that you may want to investigate the Franciscan orders. As I was reading your request John Michael Talbot’s community - Brothers and Sisters of Charity came to mind as a community that may appeal to you. Their web site is www.littleportion.org and has a comprehensive description of their community. Another that came to mind is the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word, Mother Angelica’s community. Information about this order can be found at www./franciscanmissionaries.com/ ’ The last order is another of Mother Angelica’s orders Knights of the Holy Eucharist and information on their order can be found at knightsoftheholyeucharist.com/. The name of their community certainly speaks to your desire. I provide this information only as assisance for you to take a look at some communities so you have some idea of the various communities available. I am not advocating or promoting any of them, they are simply communities that I am familiar with and believe may be a starting point in your search. God bless you in your discernment.

What about the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal??

franciscanfriars.com/

They run the Youth 2000 and other Eucharistic retreats. They were formed by a few Capuchin Franciscan Friars looking for more traditional practices. 😃

if you are just here in the Philippines, we have the Marian Monks of the Adoration (i don’t know if this is the complete name) but anyway they are very Marian and Eucharistic.

Society of the Divine Word. (SVD)

They are extraordinary and have missions world-wide.
Can be googled, I’m certain.

Do they have a website?

Have you mentioned these on the other forums to which you belong? (Hint, hint).

Blessings,
Cloisters

What about the Fathers of Mercy in South Union, KY?

A friend of mine from East TN, who used to attend Holy Hours in Knoxville with me, is now the CPM chaplain to the Bens of Mary in Kansas City, MO.

Or the Monks of Adoration, who have transplanted from Florida to Montana.

Blessings,
Cloisters

my first time to mention them, Cloisters. | don’t think they have a site but i once read in a Pauline magazine about their history, etc. I’ll try to find that magazine for you, but maybe on Saturday because i am only free on that day.

their address:
The Marian Monks of the Eucharistic Adoration

Marian Hills, Lindogon, Simala

Sibonga, Cebu, Philippines

found these sites:
pbase.com/jeanz/marian_

mycebuphotoblog.wordpress.com/2007/10/14/simala-pilgrims-paradise/

here, you will find on the first photo the Virgin of the Barangay (Birhen de la Baranggay), a painting (but you can see a statue) done by a leper.
