**The Angelus **

**The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary: **
And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

**Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. **

Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

** Hail Mary . . .**

And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.

** Hail Mary . . .
**

**Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. **

Let us pray:
Code:
***Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.

Amen

“Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you” (Lk 1:28)

** “Blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb”
(Lk 1:42). **

A.S.
I will be leading the parish in The Holy Rosary today.
While I love praying my Rosary, I do NOT love speaking in front of large crowds.
It is because of this extreme fear, that I will offer up this Rosary for you and your dear family today.
I know it’s not much my friend, in light of ALL that you must endure, but it is all I can give you.
You are in my thoughts and prayers always!
The Lord be with you A.S.
May He give you the STRENGTH and the PEACE that you need to see you through this.
Blessings,
Angela:signofcross::byzsoc::crossrc:

Anathama Sit asked me to pass along the following update:

He says his mother is still the same, holding her own. She is not worse, but just a tiny, wee bit better, maybe more stable would be a better term.

He thanks everyone for their continued prayers and will keep us updated. Thanks:)

“Father, you do not protect us against catastrophes but in them you come to our aid. It is in the very midst of the tempest and misfortune that a wonderful zone of peace, serenity and joy bursts in us if we dwell in your grace. You do not help us before we have helped ourselves, but when we are at the end of our resources you manifest yourself, and we begin to know that you have been there all the time.”

***Prayer for Life

Lord Jesus Christ,
You know the pain of brokenness,
You took our weaknesses
upon Your shoulders and bore it to the wood of the cross.
Hear our prayers for our brothers and sisters
whose bodies fail them and whose minds are crippled by the ravages of disease.
Implant a love for them deep within our hearts,
that we, disfigured and disabled by our sin,
may treasure and nurture the gifts of their lives.
May we find You in their weakness, and console You in our care for them.
For You are Lord, forever and ever.
Amen
