Please! I need prayers! ASAP!

I am currently discerning the job at our parish of Youth Ministry Coordinator. It is a paying position that is considerably less than my current job. It will really put a bind on things financially but it is something I feel I am being led towards. I have done sheet metal for 10 years and it’s all I know so it is a HUGE leap for me if this happens. It’s killing me inside to think about it because my dream is to work for the church full time. The only problem is the money. I have been offered the job but I’m not sure I can make it happen. I found out about it Sunday and have been praying my heart out about it since. I have until the first of next week to make a final decision about it. PLEASE pray for me because it not only affects me but my wife and 3 small children. Thank you and God bless you.

Prayer To Know God’s Will – God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, The Author of glory, grant me spiritual wisdom and revelation. Enlighten the eyes of my mind with a deep knowledge of you and your holy will. May I understand of what nuature is the hope to which ou call me,what is the wealth of the splendor of your inheritance among the Saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of your power toward me. Amen!
 
I am praying that God will make things work out for the best regardless of what path he calls you to follow.

Hey guys, just an update… I really appreciate all your prayers. They really helped as I made my decision. I prayed my heart out all week and made the decision that I believe God was leading me to make. I chose to accept the position as the Youth Ministry Coordinator at my parish. It was the hardest decision I have ever made in my life. I’m leaving the job I have done my whole adult life and haved change careers. My whole life is beginning to change for my family for the better. I have a great path ahead of me because of the people that I get to work with and serve in the ministry. Please pray that our Youth Ministry will grow and flourish. I am SO exited to get to work with my Core Team!!! :grouphug: They are all great people and are on fire for Jesus. Thanks for all your prayers and God bless you!!! :extrahappy:

Yea!!! Good for you. I secretly hoped this was the decision you would make. Prayers for your success in reaching the hearts & minds of the Youth of your parish. What wonderful work. 👍
