Thank you so very much for your continued prayers. As always, you, Erica and Joanne are in mine. I also pray that God blesses all who have prayed for us and meets their needs quickly.
If you have a moment for a prayer, my little Gabby needs surgery this week, but my finances are not what they were… Her situation is not life threatening, but needs to be done as soon as possible… God blessed me with a job this week which I will be starting soon, Praise God! Unfortunately, that does not change my immediate needs. So, prayers appreciated.
God works in mysterious ways, so I’m not losing hope.

Gabby is doing well enough, praise God. She’s still a puppy and a silly one who loves to show off and walk around on her hind legs like she’s a person. I guess that could also translate into I’ve spoiled her and treated her like child… Oh, well, she is my four legged baby!
She hasn’t had surgery, but it still needs to be done. I simply don’t have the money nor do I foresee having it anytime soon. Times are very, very, very tight. Thankfully it’s not life threatening or anything close, but she is in a little discomfort. The doctor/ vet was going to go ahead and perform a 2nd surgery she needs at the same time regarding her teeth… This is causing some problems for her with pain and her bite, but again- at least it’s not life threatening. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. She is very special and this sounds crazy, but I know God placed her in my life. Too many odd coincidences as well as she is a rare breed which is expensive and difficult to find. A friend of mine had one years ago and I fell in love with his little personality. I had always hoped to have one someday, but knew they were difficult to find and even when I did have the financial means - couldn’t justify the price. During the time I was looking for a puppy- we found each other and the owner was having to give her up and sell her due to working too many hours to properly care for a pet, much less a puppy and was having roommate issues. She had just purchased her a breeder out if state and was very particuliar regarding her placement. She finally allowed me to adopt her with a price MUCH less than what she had paid. I had actually looked to purchase one from a breeder, but there was only one available thousands of miles away and around 3500 dollars.
Some of you may know how heartbroken I was when my boxer, Annabelle, ( I loved way too much ) died young due to the fiberglass and insulation with mold which was unknowingly blowing throughout the ventilation system of my previous home and also made me very sick, bedridden, and was ill almost two years. As much I love Bix and Toots who have a wonderful new home and still miss terribly- nothing filled the void of my loss of Annabelle- until Gabby.
