The 54 day novena is made up of 3 Novenas of petition for the intentions of the Holy Father and 3 Novenas of thanksgiving. The Holy Father has begged for our prayers that he might remain strong against the wolves. This is the time to pray. Do it! We will all thank you in heaven. I apologize for adding the 54 day novena so late in the day! That’s O.K. We will pray with all the more simplicity and childlike trust in our Lord, the Good Shepherd.

What?

We are praying TO God FOR the Pope.

Do you need a dictionary so you can look up the definition of “TO” as opposed to “FOR” to provide you with the necessary clarity?
 
I love our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, and I pledge my prayers for him. I pray for his good health and for a long papacy. May he be our shepherd for many more years to come! I also pray that he has the strength to resist the attacks of the wolves that circle him at this time.

May the Lord bless him, and hold him in the palm of his hand!
 
count me in… and ill be sure to spread it to those who i know will pray the rosary for the pope also.
