Please pray as our parish looks for a new pastor

In one week, the Priest’s placement board will be at our parish for a general meeting to determine what are the needs of our parish as we look for a new pastor. We are a neighborhood in flux, going from European ethnic to a Hispanic community and this is a difficult time. Please pray that we get a truly “Catholic” with a big “C” pastor who will a shepherd who responds in a truly apostolic way rather than one who is determined to ignore the needs of “all” the parish family members.
 
Dear Lord, please guide the Bishop and all involved in the selection of a new pastor for this parish. Lead them to the best man, according to Your holy will. In Jesus name we pray.

Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
