Please pray for a 14-year-old boy with bone cancer

A person in one of my other social media groups is seeking prayers for their grandson with bone cancer. I am quoting from the other person’s post, with the grandson’s name shortened to an initial. Please pray for him as this is a very difficult situation for a teenager and his family. Thank you.
My 14 year old grandson has bone cancer in his left leg above his knee. It is very serious. He has just started 10 weeks of intense chemo therapy, then he will have surgery, then 10 more weeks of chemo therapy.
C. is a very good student, gifted athlete and all around wonderful young man .
We are asking for prayers. Regardless of your religion would you please pray for him .

Inspire our physicians with your professionalism and with the divine compassion for their patients. Enable them to cure the ills of both body and spirit that afflict so many in our day.

Jesus, You know how our bodies feel when sick and hurting. You know who the enemy is. Break Satan’s hold on this boys body(leg). St. Michael, defend him in his battle. Break the chain of cancer circling this boy. By Your stripes, that You bore for us, WE ARE HEALED! ISAIAH 53.
I will never forget you, my children. I have carved you in the palm of my hand. I will never forget you. I will not leave you orphans. I will never forget my own.
Thank You Father, for answering my prayer. May all the Saints in heaven continue this prayer for this child.
Blessed Mother, you know how his Mom feels. In your compassionate heart, continue praying to your Son, for this family.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (C.). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into C.'s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for C., who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
