Please pray for a vicously beaten baby

A baby (in Winnipeg Canada) was beaten by a woman face down on a cement sidewalk with a chain around his/her neck. Luckily and 18 year old boy approached the woman at 4:30 a.m. and she fled. He then picked up the baby and wrapped him/her in a sweater. The baby was in critical condition at the hospital as of 5:00 a.m. this morning.

Please pray that this baby can overcome the injuries and be adopted by loving parents.

It was God’s will for the baby to be found b/c the 18 year old boy went outside his house at 4:30 a.m. for a cigarette and heard muffled screaming sounds. He went to see what it was.
 
I cannot believe what I just read - poor innocent baby - I am shaking inside. I pray the baby recovers and is adopted and the woman is arrested.
 
Oh my how unbelievably HORRIBLE!!! Prayers for that baby and that the woman is caught and justly dealt with…

Heavenly Father, please heal and comfort that poor baby. Please bring that woman to justice. Heal her and help her find repentance, forgiveness and sanity. Bring that child to a good home. Amen.

that poor baby! I will pray. I hope they find who did this!
 
I’ll be praying for that precious baby…thank God that young man stepped in.
 
Lord,

Please be with that poor baby and that brave young boy. But also Lord, let your Mercy shine on the woman that did this, clearly she needs help and even more clearly she needs You.

How horrifying! Prayers for the little baby, the woman, and the young man!
 
Lord, please work in this situation. Surround this child with your love and healing; reward the young man who saved him/her; and convict the aggressor of her sin and bring her to repentance and reconcilitation with you. Amen.

I’m relieved that they caught the person that did this to the baby, and I’m also relieved that it wasn’t the baby’s mother that did it.

It’s so wierd that a total stranger took the sleeping baby out of a party to try and kill it? Why in God’s name would anyone do that??? I hope this sick woman gets help fast!!

Vanessa is the baby’s name…and I"m thankful that she’s been upgraded to stable condition at the hospital. Thanks to be God that the 18 year old boy caught the violence in time to save the baby!!! It’s just so sad!!!

Perhaps our prayers were answered…thanks for praying for this baby. It’s not over yet. This baby still needs to recover mentally as well. Vanessa is old enough to know that she was hurt by another person.
