Please pray for baby Jacob

Baby Jacob was born yesterday morning. This morning they discovered a problem with his heart and he was transfered 60 miles away to a NICU. His mother is still in the original hospital recovering from her C section and cannot be with her new son.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Lord, in your tender love and mercy, watch over Baby Jacob and his mother. May you hold him close in your loving embrace, healing his heart with the touch of your hand. Bring comfort and your healing grace to his mother also Lord, as she worries from afar for her little one. May she find peace in knowing you are watching over him, loving him, and caring for him, as she so longs to do.
 
I know what you’re going through (from the vantage point of baby with heart condition so much of it was told to me later when I was old enough to remember). I will dedicate my rosary for your intentions tonight.

Praying for Jacob that he will grow to be a strong little boy and can be with his earthly mother soon.

Mom has been discharged from her hospital and is able to be with Jacob at his hospital, and word is, he may be going home tomorrow.
