Dear Jesus,
Accept the soul of our brother Bob A. into your kingdom. Let his suffering with ALS on earth, atone for any sins while he was on this earth. Have mercy on him, bless him and may he have peace.

Eternal rest grant unto Bob A, O Lord. And may Your Perpetual Light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
Amen.

O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful,
grant to the souls of Thy servants
departed the remission of their sins, that,
through pious supplications,
they may obtain the pardon
which they have always desired.
Who livest and reignest with God the Father,
in the unity of the Holy Ghost,
world without end.

Amen.
