Lord please grant healing to Bob.Please guide his specialist to bring the right treatments to help Bob and we pray that Bob will respond well to these treatments.Please guide the proceedings on April 3rd and please grant strength and faith to our friend Laurie as she supports her hsuband.

Have some WONDERFUL NEWS! Bob went to the renal specialist yesterday and his diagnosis of Polycystic Kidney Disease was confirmed but the specialist has said that Bob will not have to face dialysis for many years if AT ALL. He has to modify his diet to a low sodium diet, lose some weight, and follow up with the specialist along with his PCP in Lincoln. I am so blessed and grateful to God for this but am now going through a grave spiritual trauma myself as I am on the OUTS with my spiritual director Father B. and my mentor Maryann as I have NOT BEEN SO SRONG spiritually this past week facing the uncertainty of my husband’s diagnosis. I feel VERY ALONE SPIRITUALLY right now as I am trying to get my own spiritual life on track with the Church. I am now on Day 29 of my Consecration to Jesus through Mary and am considering just giving up on this right now due to my own spiritual difficulties that I am facing with my mentor and spiritual director. I realize that I must walk this spiritual journey ALONE right now and am doing so. God has blessed me abundantly and I am so very grateful for this. I can only hope that my relationship with my spiritual director and mentor will be restored as it was very important to me.

Made my consecration to Jesus through Mary yesterday evening. It was so beautiful. God reconciled the relationship with my spiritual director, Father B. and my mentor, Maryann. Maryann and I actually made the consecration to Jesus yesterday with four other ladies; it was so beautiful and a humbling experience. I am truly blessed. I just hope I can get used to walking truly in my Catholic faith; I was not such a nice person when living in sin and getting used to living for God is not always easy. I am making a pilgrimage to New Haven CT July 21-26 to visit the Church of my special “saint”, Venerable Michael J. McGivney whose intercession helped bring me back to the Church. I have a lot of spiritual growth to do before my pilgrimage. I want to thank all of you for your prayers as they surely WORKED! Praise God!

I want to thank EVERYONE for their prayers as Bob does have polycystic kidney disease but is doing GREAT; we watch his sodium intake and he is going to quit smoking which we are going to work on once we move. We are moving on April 30th and ask your prayers for our present tenants in our building; I live in an apartment building in which my next door neighbor is an active drug dealer; the office manager for our landlord was charged with a homicide in June 2012 in which she had a hit and run killing a homeless man; she is a very amoral person and refuses to do ANYTHING TO CLEAN up the buildings. In the meantime, there are kids on our floor who witness the drug people coming and going every five minutes from my neighbors apartment; the police are AWARE and EVEN GAVE up on the building. Will be escalating this to the proper authorities once my husband and I relocate as NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH LIVING LIKE THIS. I am hoping things change for the innocent people who have to continue to live in this apartment building as we have the MEANS AND OPPRTUNITY TO MOVE TO PEACEFUL surroundings. The main reason it is like this is the office manager REFUSES to address the very SERIOUS problems that exist. May God help us all
