Please Pray for Connie and Guido

Please pray for my friends Connie and Guido here in South Florida. He is 87, she is 83, they have been married 61 years and until the other day, both were in excellent health.
But the other day they went shopping, and Connie fell
and broke her pelvis.
She is of course in terrible pain, and Guido is deeply depressed and sorrowing because they haven’t been apart in six decades.
Please pray that God will grant Connie a speedy recovery
and will give Guido strength and comfort at this difficult time.
They are wonderful, wonderful people.

I will offer up all my Roseries and Chaplet’s of Divine Mercy from now until Easter for them and for all on here who ask for prayer.
(I will probably continue this from now on as I remember all to our dear Lord when I go to Adoration.)

Oh what a touching story. 😦 I’m so sorry–I will keep them both in my prayers.

Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick,
we turn to you in this time of Connie’s illness.
Comforter of the troubled, alleviate Guido’s worry
and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant him
the grace and strength to accept this burden.
Dear God, we place all our worries in your hands.
We place our sick under your care and humbly
ask that you restore your servant Connie to health again.
Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your holy will
and know that whatsoever you do, you do for the love of us.

Connie and Guido. She is in so much pain
( bone pain must be the worst ) and Guido is devastated.
They are as innocent-hearted as small children.
He broke down and cried at 5pm Mass yesterday.

Will be indeed keeping Connie in daily prayer for relief of pain and for a speedy recovery from the broken pelvis. Keeping Guido especially in daily prayer too that The Lord will relieve his depression and return Connie to him speedily and fully recovered…
