Hey everyone. Please pray for David’s healing. David is my boyfriend. Him and I stood outside of Dollar Store Saturday morning for an hour to get two $10 gift cards and now he’s quite sick. He feels miserable. He has a head cold. He also deals with severe allergy issues and has to have weekly allergy shots. I really feel bad for him. He’s probably going to have to stay home from work tomorrow which sucks because I know he loves work. 😦

A Prayer for Healing
*For David *

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to you.
Allow Your healing Hand to heal me.
Touch my soul with Your compassion for others;
touch my heart with Your courage
and infinite Love for all;
touch my mind with Your Wisdom,
and may my mouth always proclaim Your praise.
Teach me to reach out to You in all my needs,
and help me to lead others to You by my example.

Most loving Heart of Jesus,
bring me health in body and spirit
that I may serve You with all my strength.
Touch gently this life which you have created,
now and forever.

Amen.

Heavenly Father, You are the great physician.
We turn to You and ask for Your healing for
David. Put Your hand upon him and let health
and wholeness flow into him. Help him
remember, in this time of vulnerability, his utter
dependence on You.
Amen

Bless the Lord, O my soul…and forget not all
his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
who health all thy diseases. (Psalm 103:2-3)

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to his assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Lord, have mercy on us.
Christ, have mercy on us.

Have mercy on us.

God the Son, Redeemer of the world,
Have mercy on us.

God the Holy Spirit,

Have mercy on us.

Love substantial of the Father and the Son,
Have mercy on us.

Love and life of saintly souls,
Have mercy on us.

Fire ever burning,
Have mercy on us.

Have mercy on us.

From all evil, deliver us,
O Holy Spirit.

From all impurity of soul and body, deliver us,
O Holy Spirit.

O Holy Spirit.

From wishing to seek or desire anything other than Thee,
O Holy Spirit.

From everything that displeases Thee,
O Holy Spirit.

Most loving Father, forgive us.
Divine Word, have pity on us.

Holy and Divine Spirit,
leave us not until we are in possession of the Divine Essence,
Heaven of heavens.

Lamb of God,
Who takest away the sins of the world,
Send us the divine Consoler.

Lamb of God,
Who takest away the sins of the world,
Fill us with the gifts of Thy Spirit.

Lamb of God,
Who takest away the sins of the world,
Make the fruits of the Holy Spirit increase within us.

Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful,
And enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.

Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created,
And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

Let Us Pray

O God, Who by the light of the Holy Spirit
didst instruct the hearts of the faithful,
grant us by the same Spirit
to be truly wise
and ever to rejoice in His consolation.
Through Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Amen.

Praying for David.

Memorare

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal David. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into David’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Hi everyone. David is doing worse today. He’s started coughing stuff up. He says he feels worse too. 😦

Remembering David in my daily prayers. Hope he feels better soon. God bless!

Praying that David’s burden may be lifted; for peace, rest, and good health.

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day
our daily bread, and
forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass
against us.
And lead us not into temptation but
deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hey everyone. David went to the doctor this morning. They gave him either an antibiotic or steroid shot, cough medicine, and possibly something else which I can’t remember. He’s really sick. He had to take the entire week off of work because of being sick. 😦

Hey everyone. David has Bronchitis. He told me he gets Bronchitis once a year. He did go to his doctor on Tuesday for it and so he’s on medicine. Unfortunately he can’t take the cough medicine they gave him and so he’s still coughing his head off. He was able to take it in the past but now he’s having a bad reaction to it. I am so worried he’s going to end up getting pneumonia. 😦
