Dear Lord, I pray Denney dies a peaceful death of a saint on fire with love for You and in perfect conformity to Christ, perfectly abandoned to your plan for Him. May he find comfort in the carresses of Your love and strength to persevere in faith from the intercession of the saints. If You bring him darkness at any point in his suffering, like You did for St. Therese, may he like her remain resolved in his faith in You. I ask this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
