Please join me in prayers for Elaine, who is set to deliver her first child.

Prayer to St. Gerard for Expectant Mother

O great St. Gerard, you have been raised up by God
as the patron and protector of expectant mothers.
Preserve Elaine from danger and from the excessive
pains in childbirth, and shield the child she now carries
fro any harm. Through Christ Our Lord, amen.
 
I’m praying for Elaine and her child. May God make this process go smoothly, making the baby healthy and providing a safe and effective birth.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
