Please Pray For A Pries Of Our Diocese Who Is
Having Lung Cancer Surgery Today. His Name Is
Fr. Richard Ameling And He Is Having The Lower
Third Of His Lung Removed Today. Please Pray
For A Complete Recoverey And That The Doctor Will Get All The Cancer.
 
May God be with Father Ameling and with his surgeon guiding this surgery. May God make this also a time of spiritual blessing for His priest. Dear Jesus, be at Father’s side.

Thanks For All The Prayers. He Has Come Thru Surgery Fine And Is In Icu Possibly Until Tues.
The Doctor Is Pleased With The Results And Thinks They Got All The Cancer. He Will Have Chemo When He Recovers As A Precaution, I Want To Say

this good priest is back in the hospital this week with breathing difficulties, please put him back on your prayer list.
 
St. Peregrine, please intercede on Fr. Ameling’s behalf, so that he may be comforted and make a full recovery.

Father sent word by a brother priest to thank all for prayers on his behalf. He has been taken to University of Chicago hospitals following a relapse, and preparations are now being made to move him to hospice care. Please continue to join in prayer vigil with his family, parishioners and friends.
