Please pray for Fr.Antony

[Irishmom2]

Heavenly Father, we ask that this time off will bring Fr. Antony relief from his back pain and cure of his pleurisy. May this time be a time of peace and healing for him and allow him the opportunity to focus on You alone. Please heal him soon that he may return to do Your work. We ask You to shower this beloved priest with Your Love and Mercy through the intercession of Your Most Holy Mother, Mary.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

[tradcathconvert]

Pater noster, qui es in coelis: sanctificetur nomen tuum: adveniat regnum tuum:
fiat voluntas tua sicut in coelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie: et dimitte nobis debita nostra, sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem. Sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum; benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Jesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.

Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritu Sancto. Sicut erat in principio et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.

Prayer to St. Anthony of Padua .
Holy St. Anthony , gentlest of saints , your love for God and charity for his creatures made you worthy to possess miraculous powers . Miracles waited on your word , which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety .
Encouraged by this thought , I implore of you to obtain for me , for Fr.Antony the relief from his pain , curing of his pleurisy and complete healing of body and spirit .The answer to my prayer may require a miracle , even so you are the saint of miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony , whose heart was ever full of human sympathy , whisper my petition into the ears of the sweet infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms . Amen

Merciful Mother Mary , please intercede for Fr. Antony for relief from his pain , curing of his pleurisy and his complete healing . Amen .

UPDATE :
Dear friends , whilst Fr.Antony is healing physically , thank God ! , the Bishop has extended his period of absence through illness , rather than let him return too soon , in view of his many duties , not only as a parish priest of 2 conjoined parishes , but as Dean over several more , as Diocesan Exorcist and various other duties .So I would encourage you to pray for this gentle , caring and very much missed and loved priest .Thank you all and God bless you .
