Please pray for Fr. Christopher & Mary Alice

Brothers & Sisters:

Please pray for Fr. Christopher who has been sick with a combination of bronchitis and laryngitis, and Mary Alice who now seems to have a sinus infection/cold/flu as well as what Fr. Christopher has.

Although Fr. Christopher has had the Bronchitis and Laryngitis for longer, Mary Alice’s condition seems to be more serious, and it has made it difficult for her to sleep the last couple of days. I’m sure this hasn’t helped her recovery in any way at all.

Please pray for both that they may be healed and for Mary Alice that she can get a full nigh’s worth of restfull sleep.

Dear Michael…will be keeping Fr. Christopher and Mary Alice in daily prayer with Our Lady of Perpetual Help and especially that Mary Alice will be able to get a full nights good sleep…

Thank you for your prayers on behalf of Fr. Christopher & Mary Alice.

It turns out that not only are Fr. Christopher & Mary Alice as sick as ever, but their daughter Elizabeth, who has been digitally recording many of the services and classes at our parish, is also sick with the same thing.

Four things that have been contributing to this are the problems the family has had selling their house in Michigan, the close quarters of the present “Rectory” which had been built for a celebate priest the parish once had, the changes in weather we’ve experienced during the past month and the ash and other garbage in the air from the fires that ravaged Southern California (including the Catholic Answers office in San Diego) during the last 5 weeks.

Please pray that all three of these will get well, that the situation with their home in Michigan will be resolved and that we’ll be able to find larger quarters in which to house them.

I pray that the Lord will restore Fr. Christopher, Mary Alice, and Elizabeth to their usual health so that they may be able to return to their duties.
 
I pray also that they will be able to find a good place that they can stay, especially now that they are in the process of recovering from an illness.

Lord, You are our Healer. Please touch Fr. Christopher, Mary Alice and Elizabeth with your healing hands. You are our Provider Lord. We ask that you provide them also a place to stay.

All these things we ask in Jesus name. Amen.
