My dear friend Jacques has particular challenges, none of which will go on indefinitely but all of which are causing him a lot of problems right now. He is not handling the situation well, and it’s breaking my heart. :crying: Please remember him in your prayers.

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility and
Mother of Hope,
look upon Jacques in this time
of disquiet.

Teach Jacques’ searching heart to know
that God’s love for him
is unchanging and that
his current suffering will bring
him closer to God.

Let thy gentle peace and His —
which the world cannot give —
be always with him, that he may
be sanctified: and then
he will have grace to bring this
peace to others.
