Please pray for Jerry Brand

Please pray for Jerry Brand. He was recently informed that his cancer had relapsed, and that he is not long for the world (a handful of weeks, if even). Please pray that God grant him peace, and welcome him into the Beatific Vision. Also pray for his family, who is very blindsided by this, as the last time they had gone to the doctor he appeared to be in complete remission.

Please pray for him.

Prayer for Those With Cancer

Mary, health of the sick, you brought forth into our world
Jesus Christ, our Divine Healer. In your caring goodness,
intercede for Jerry, who is truly in need of a miracle. If it be
God’s will, may Jerry be healed from all forms of cancer.
May God’s healing graces grant Jerry a life of happiness,
health, and fulfillment here on earth, and one day the joy of
eternal glory in God’s loving embrace. Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Jerry Brand). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Jerry Brand’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Jerry Brand, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

I’m praying for Jerry and his family. May the Lord welcome him into Heaven and may He comfort Jerry’s family.
 
Thank you everyone. My wife visited him yesterday and he is in good spirits, though he is unable to talk. I appreciate you taking the time to pray for him.
