Please Pray for Lawrence

My co-worker Lawrence is having a difficult time right now. He needs to get some sales to help with the great stress I’m sure he is feeling. In addition, I’ve been told that he thinks I am not only not his side, but that I am against him being successful (I think this was due to another co-worker who was fired for her actions). So please also pray that he knows I hope he is successful in his position.

Father, please guide Lawrence to new business and that he is successful in his sales attempts. Please let him know that I am on his side and only wish for his success. And Lord, I pray that he will come closer to You. In the name of Your son Jesus I pray. Amen.

Lord, in your gracious mercy, allow Larry to see the love that ChinaDad possesses and be encouraged by it. You, who provide for all, know what is lacking in Larry’s spirit. Mercifully grant that his soul be filled with love and the corporal needs of this earthly life. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.

If I were you, I would print the prayer post out for him or open it on his computer and let him really see your heart.

Father, I beg of you to shine the light of truth upon Lawrence. Allow him to see who the enemy really is. I ask that you increase his sales and give him an understanding that the increase came from the prayers going out for him. I pray this in Jesus name… AMEN

Thanks Pam. I’m afraid it would add fuel to the fire he keeps against me. I’m not really his boss, but I oversee the finances of his division, and the more things are not going well for him (and our company’s owner has talks with him about business), for some reason he blames me (and pretty much everyone else in the company). I think and hope he is a Christian, but the way he lives doesn’t really show it, so showing or even telling him that “I” was praying for him would not go well. He wants no success that can be attributable to me, even to the point of, if I find him a lead, he won’t follow it. So any leads I do find, I give to a co-worker to pass along as though they are from her.

Anyway, Thank You for your prayers for Lawrence.
