Please pray for me as I repent

Last night I actually took a huge step to giving up a troublesome sin for me, I admitted to God and myself that I had a problem, and I am actually working to make amends.

I am making it a point to equip myself for spiritual combat with the Hail Mary and the prayer to St. Michael to defend me in battle. Started this morning.

I’d appreciate your prayers as I begin true repentance, turning away from this particular sin, for the first time in my life. Please pray for me.

I thank You our God for giving this grace and that Your son has accepted this initial grace. Please continue to give resolution and strength to our brother, and if he falters, please give him grace to get up and try anew.
