I always pray for this. To stop masturbation. The good news is its reducing. But the bad news is, whenever I get in a mood of boredness I get tempted to masturbate. Now I ask this fellow brothers and sisters for help and offering to our One Holy God. Not only to overcome this sin, but to continue my path on changing my life.

and Joseph, the guardian of the Virgin, I earnestly
wish to be pure in thought, word, and deed in imitation
of Your own holy purity.

Obtain for me, then, a deep sense of modesty which
will be reflected in my external conduct. Protect
my eyes, the windows of my soul, from anything that
might dim the luster of a heart that must mirror only
Christ-like purity.

And when the “Bread of Angels” becomes the “Bread of Me”
