I am John, and I would strongly appreciate your prayers.

For a while now I have struggled with internet pornography, leading towards other impurities, and while it has weakened a lot now over time, however, the fact that I still have temptations and at times fail to turn to God in time of need causes me to feel unworthy of Him, I even have trouble praying at times because of the guilt and embarrassment, and the thoughts that I may again fail. What mainly weakened the addiction were the messages of Our Lady of Fatima, and her call to amend our lives for God, but over a year later I still have this horrible sin on my soul, although it is not as bad, the fact that I still do it makes it all the worse for me. Please pray for me, to have self control, and have faith in Jesus to deliver me from this sin. Pray that I look forward to Him and forget the errors of my past.

Thank you so much and God Bless

Lord, please help John to pick up the Bible every time he wishes to engage in anything unhealthy. May he learn to do this automatically and place all his confidence/trust in you. May he get in touch with CAF to help him break free from his addiction, too. (There is often an advertisement on the top or the bottom of the home page of CAF that he can click on to get help.) Please help him to get a spiritual director to help him grow stronger spiritually and to help him break free from his bondage. May he grow in virtue every day by reading good spiritual books, by praying a lot, and by frequenting the sacraments as much as possible…and may he live in the present, not dwelling on sins of the past. May he know how much you love him and want him to be free from slavery to sin. Help him to be free again and pour your love into him every time he goes to confession and communion. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Everytime I begin to have an impure thought I say a Hail Mary. Thank you Mary Ever Virgin for keeping my heart pure, I know you will do the same for John.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
