I have to get mine out yet! Where do you position your nativity set, Katherine?

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is love and Mercy itself.
Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Katherine438). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Katherine438’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Thank you for your prayers my dear friend … God Bless you.

I always keep the nativity set on a center counter right next to the tree … this way everyone sees what is most important at Christmas time.

Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I pray for Your healing touch
upon my body, mind and spirit.

I ask you to remove any fear or anxiety.
Fill me with the peace that You alone can give.
I place myself completely in Your hands.

Lord Jesus, trusting in Your care and love for me
May my recovery be swift, my strength renewed,
and my health restored.

I lift up all my afflictions in Your hands, Lord,
For You are the Divine Healer with Divine Mercy.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You completely.
Amen.

O Lord, hear this prayer of our dear friend Katherine, and answer her prayers in her favor. Be with her and comfort her while she undergoes her testing tomorrow and as she waits for her results as well. Bless her with improved health and reward her for her faithful service of prayer for others. Amen.

Thank you so much my dear friend for that sweet prayer … so thoughtful of you.

I’m ready for whatever tomorrow brings, and whatever the results may say … at least that’s how I’m feeling tonight as I type this.

Went out and got a Christmas tree today … and it’s gracing my living room … not going to let anything take away from celebrating the birth of our Lord.

Tomorrow after I get home my husband will be bringing in the Nativity Set that is the most beautiful that I have ever owned … a lovely Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus, along with the wise men and the shepherds and animals … it was an expensive purchase (well expensive for me) that I made a few years ago and it brings me great joy as I go through the Christmas season.

I pray that you are having a nice weekend and having some fun preparing for the upcoming Christmas celebration.

God Bless You always.

Back from the hospital … very painful procedure … now the long wait for results.

Want to thank everyone for keeping me in their prayers … God Bless you all.
