Please pray for me, really bad case of insomnia

Praying, in Jesus’ name, for all those who suffer from insomnia, that God will help them to peacefully get to sleep feeling secure in Him.

My Jesus, mercy.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Our Lady of Mental Peace, Please pray for this intention.
 
Thank you for all the prayers. My insomnia is getting a little better but I still have nights when I cannot sleep, and then I get anxious thinking “if I don’t get enough sleep I will not wake up in time for work and I will get in trouble” and so on, and then my anxiety prevents me from sleeping.

Just yesterday I dragged myself out of bed in the morning feeling like :coffeeread:
, actually did leave at a time that would usually get me to work on time, but missed an exit on the highway and wound up late, though only by 5 minutes.

But it was very scary as I am pretty sure I did have a “microsleep” episode resulting in the missed exit. :eek:

So, please continue to keep me (and others with insomnia) in your prayers! 🙂
