Please pray for me this Sunday

Dear everyone,

I am so sorry to - and I dont feel good about asking for prayers for myself.

For several months I have had many pains in my right side of my lower back, right knee and right foot. So much, that I cannot sit for a longer period - nor stand or walk for a longer period.

This condition is very tiring and it prevents me in all my duties, among others to visit my dear old mother on law, cooking for my husband and going to meetings in the Franciscan Secular order which I would like to join.

So, I cannot wait until I get well again. I now see a physiotherapist and I hope he can help - but I believe I could need other kinds of help, too.

So, I bought some Holy Water from Lourdes and I plan to use this on the affected areas of my body on Sunday, 11. of February, that was the date The Holy Virgin appeared to St. Bernadette for the first time - as well as it is the date for my confirmation.

Could I ask you all to join in and help me most sincerely and humble to ask the Holy Virgin in to go into intercession for me - and for Her to pray for my instant healing (if possible)

I would be ever so grateful. Thank you so much in advance.

Loving God please bless Maria Catherine with best management and best treatment for her painful ailments.
Please bless her with the healing she needs to be able to fulfil her tasks without such debilitating pain.
Please hold her deep in Your love.

Mother Mary please intercede with Jesus for her, with the same powerful intercession at the wedding feast of Cana that caused Jesus to put aside His objection that His time for miracles had not yet come

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (MariaCatherine17). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into MariaCatherine17’s friend’s bodies and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

with Your Wisdom, and may her mouth always proclaim
Your praise. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring her health
in body and spirit so that she may serve You with all her
strength. Touch gently this life which you have created.

We fly to your protection, most holy Mother of God;

Dearest everyone,

Just a little update: Thank you so much for your prayers. Since I asked you to pray for my pains to disappear - and since I used the Holy Water from Lourdes and prayed to the Holy Virgin to go into intercession for me - three very good things have happened:
  1. My doctor sent me to an orthopedist in order to have my foot examined separately. I am happy therefore!
  2. Monday (the day after 11.th February), I suddenly got the idea to work from home for one week. Earlier I have been hesitating to do this, because I felt I let my workplace down. But Monday it felt right, and I have been working home since Tuesday and plan to stay at home for this week. It helps my body, I can feel this.
  3. My physiotherapist showed me how to intensify my exercises and yesterday afternoon and today I have had much less pains in my lower back.
So, all in all, I feel a negative situation is turning around to a positive outlook - and I thank you all dearly for your prayers.

And Mother Mary. She is the best help anyone can ever get. Last weekend I slept with my rosary in my hands - crying and praying. Mother Mary, I am sure, has heard me - and your beautiful choir of prayers.
