Please pray for me to overcome my selfishness and gluttony

I constantly don’t put God first or turn to him when I have troubles. I get intrusive thoughts and images that are very disturbing and I often turn to food to make me feel better. My Gluttony is a big problem. I know that it is a serious sin and I am afraid of going to Hell. Please pray for The Holy Spirit to light the way and that I may trust in God. God bless you all.

Lord please bless our worried new member with the wisdom and guidance to know how to deal with this problem, and have the grace to regulate food intake.
Lord please bless @AMcD with the love and support of others, and with inner resolution to control eating, but also with help to diminish intrusive thoughts and images.
Lord grand AMcd peace of mind and soul.
 
I pray that the Lord increases your faith and that He saves you from gluttony. Amen.

O Lady of Mental Peace,

Mother of Tranquility

and Mother of Hope,

look upon AMcD in this time

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart

to know that God’s Love

for her is unchanging and

unchangeable, and, that

true human love can only

begin and grow by touching

His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this

same Peace into the lives

of others.

Jesus, I trust in You.
Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One,
Have mercy on us and the whole world.

You expired Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelope the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us.

O Blood and Water which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a Fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You.
