In an hour and half or so I will be taking a very important test. Please please please pray hard for me that I pass it. I really need to. Invoke the intercession of the Theotokos all the angels and saints. And of course the most holy Trinity, our God.

I did throw in the “if God wills”. Sounds like he wills that you should study harder or perhaps switch to a different course of study.

Anyway, keep trying - remember how many great saints did badly at school (St. John Vianney, the patron saint of priests…Blessed Solanus Casey, who might become the first native-born US man to be a saint…St. Bernadette… and I think St. Catherine Laboure was dyslexic…etc)

All things are in God’s hands and I readily accept that. Whatever he wills for me I accept it. As that old Rolling Stones tune goes, “You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometime you find you get what you need.”
