Please pray for me

Everyone. I am new to this forum but I am asking for your prayers. For the past couple of weeks, I have been suffering off and on with anxiety, sleeplessness, and loss of appetite. I currently have no health insurance so going to the doctors (unless for a real emergency) is out of the question. Please pray that God gives me peace of mind and frees me from these troubles soon.

I need help and am asking for the prayers of you good people.

Kearney, I ask the Lord to help you find stategies within yourself to help you become less stressed in the challenges of your life. I ask Him to help you stop the cause of these symptoms of growing anxiety and to find peace.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Praying for you. Prayer is the best remedy , physical exercise also helps.
