Please pray for me i have been having a hard time of it lately
my anxiety is really bad right now every time i leave the house i get scared
its worse when i go on buses i also have the urge that am going to hit some one i try not to i hold my husbands hand and i listen to music
but am still scared am going to do it

please pray for me that i get over this

Jesus please help our sister to find out why she has these fears and urgings, and ensure that she has the guidance and help she needs to heal, and to feel safe and at peace.
Bless her for her courage, and for doing the best she can manage to get through her fears.

i will definetly pray for you. you should also go to a doctor and get medication. anxiety medicine today works wonders
 
Thank you for your prayers

i have been to my dr about this and am on medication but it isn’t helping at all
 
Every day I need you Lord,
but this day especially,
I need some extra strength
to face whatever is to be.
This day more than any day
I need to feel You near,
to fortify my courage
and to overcome my fear.
By myself, I cannot meet
the challenge of the hour.
There are times when humans help,
but we need a higher power
to assist us in bearing
what must be borne.
And so dear Lord, I pray,
hold on to my trembling hand
and be near me today.
Amen.
