Hi am battling an anxiety disorder and depression and I am feeling very low today.

I need help to get me through this point in my life and want help. I feel very alone in this world.
 
I battle anxiety and depression everyday. I’m Schizophrenic.
I have a milder sub form of the illness but that’s what they call it.
I search these forums for people just like you. I know you can’t pray or do anything now.
I will be there for you. I have struggle 25 years to get this mentally healthy and
I still have days it comes back to bit me.
I WILL PRAY FOR YOU!!!
 
Dear alone

when i feel low i think of my family in
heaven, mary jesus and joseph.and all
my friends my special saints. They are my
perfect loves. It helps me alot.
I will pray for you, i am going to
adoration in an hour and am having a
one on one with my friend will put in a
good word.

Every tear you shed, every pain you feel, if you offer them up to Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, will build a treasure in heaven waiting for you! One of the tragedies of our time is that so much suffering is wasted.

You are in my prayers. 🙂

I (and many others here) feel what you are going through penguinchicky. I had a horrible night last night and most of the day. I came here at about 2 this morning and got some great encouragement, prayers and Love. I’ve been on this A&D ride for 20 years and I will tell you - even when it seems darkest, God will pull you through in His Mercy.

AND…20 years ago I wish I had the people here at Catholic Answers to pray for me and share their experiences with me when it all started! You have this great group of people here who will pray for you, with you, and share the Love of Christ. Keep praying, keep pushing through and keep coming back. You’re not alone. May God hold you in His warm embrace and comfort you.
