Sorry to hear you have been feeling this way. I guess we all feel like this from time to time, but if you have been having these feeslings for more than a few weeks it maybe helpfull to talk to your Dr, you may be living with depression. I pray your feeling better soon and remember your never alone, you have the Lord.
