Lord please give Dizet the grace to tell their superior in a spirit of charity, as if this other person wants to be a priest, he needs to be guided to learn charity towards his fellow seminarians, before he can even hope to be a true follower of Christ.

Dizet—Jeremiah 29:11 I have a plan for you. It is a plan for good and not for evil. It has a future and a purpose. I do know some addresses. Read Epesians 3:14-21.
