Please pray for my bf's mom

Her mom is Shirly. She’s been diagnosed with cancer on her face. Not sure of the specifics but she’s pretty much the only true family my friend has. It would mean the world to me if you guys would pray for her to get better. I’d give my life up so that she would live so that my friend would be able to keep her mom. I’m begging you for this.
 
Hehe I guess I should specify that bf means best friend and not boyfriend. Didn’t notice that till I reread the post.

Thank you for the prayers! I’m hoping for a lot more. My friend is really special to me, so her mother means a lot.
 
Dragoro, that sounds like a distressing cancer for your friend’s mother. Bless you for asking prayer for her and her son.

Cry of the poor
God, my prayers are primarily, “the cry of the poor” of an ordinary, fallible person, seeking to intercede for others and trying to be good. I cry out to Your heart and power in so many ways, while trying carefully to understand Your ways graciously…And yet, our God, am I not mistaken in my accustomed poor appraisal of myself? I am created in Your image! You have astonishing love for me and for each person, therefore I, and they, are surely astoundingly beautiful and good! You wish to give so much! Then, let us receive! Will be praying, here is a great prayer through the intercession of a Saint who also had cancer and was healed of it by our dear good and gentle Jesus.
O great Saint Peregrine, you who bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease, and were favored with the vision of Jesus Christ coming down from his cross to heal your affliction, ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of this woman whom we entrust to you. Aided by your intercessions, we praise God and give thanks for His kindness and mercy. Amen.
 
Praying very hard to St. Peregrine for her complete recovery!
